The barrel marked PCB's was empty. Seventeen of <br />the barrels have liquid in them. The barrels were labeled A <br />through Q for identification. Following is a list of each barrels <br />contents. <br />Barrel Contents <br />A Fire Fighting Foam <br />B Yellow Paint <br />C Fire Fighting Foam <br />D Fire Fighting Foam <br />E Unknown <br />F Unknown <br />G Unknown <br />H Cement Hardener <br />Barrel Contents <br />I Fire Fighting Foam <br />J Sealing Foam <br />K Unknown <br />L Hydraulic Oil <br />M Soap <br />N Soap <br />O Sealing Foam <br />P Soap <br />Q Cleaning Solvent <br />All of the barrels except Q are 55 gallon drums. Barrel Q is a 30 <br />gallon drum. The unknown liquid in barrels E, F, G and K is a <br />light oil probably a transmission oil or transformer oil. In any <br />case, the oily liquid in these barrels is not considered hazardous. <br />The storage of the barrels in the metal building is believed to be <br />"proper" storage. A six inch lip around the floor of the metal <br />building provides secondary containment. As explained in the <br />
