The <br />format of the response provides the Division's comment followed by <br />Twentymile's response. Likewise, the appropriate materials have <br />been revised and are attached along with a listing of the revised <br />materials. <br />You will note that the bond for sealing the ventilation borehole <br />has been revised to reflect the modified abandonment plan. The <br />worst case option of plugging the hole with cement from bottom to <br />within three feet of the surface was used in the calculation. <br />In reference to Table 60 I will continue to research the files so <br />that this discrepancy can be resolved.
