TMI submits this annual report as a <br />revision to Appentliz W of the permit T <br /> <br />The Trapper Mine is a surface coal mine G <br />d <br />located in Monat County, approximately 6 0 <br />miles southwest of Craig, Colorado. Coal F <br />interest is Fetleral, state antl private, and the <br />surface affected is State and private land. F <br />The permit area encompasses approximate- <br />ly 10,382.30 acres. p <br />c <br />This proposed decision is basetl on afinding ~~ <br />that the proposed operation will comply with t <br />all requirements of the Colorado Surface r <br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act, Sectlon 34~ I <br />33-101, et seq., C.R.S., and the regulations I <br />promulgated thereunder. <br />Copies of the proposed decision, including <br />stipulations, are on file for public inspection <br />at the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geoogy, Room 215, Centennial Building, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Cobrado <br />80203. Persons with an interest that maybe <br />adversely atlected by the proposed decision <br />may request a formal hearing before the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board on the pro- <br />posetl derision.
