This <br />submittal is to add a new drill pad of 150' X 150'. Plans to minimise disturbance <br />include removal of the brush and trees only, with topsoil removed only for mud pit <br />and drill rig. No cut and fill will be performed for subsidence we112M-TDR. See <br />the yellow highlighted area on attached map for location. Total proposed disturbed <br />acres for we112M-TDR would equa10.5 acres, increasing the total disturbed area to <br />71.9. Permitted and bonded disturbed acreage for WRN is 73 acres.
