The revision deals with longwall mining and its subsequent mine <br />water discharge. The operator is stating that a maximum of 175 gpm of high TDS water <br />might be pumped out of the mine and flow, eventually, to the North Fork. Also, they are <br />stating that there could be mine water discharge after portal sealing. <br />I am attaching the entire submittal to this memo.
