Lung <br />Divisia~ D~reclor <br />Re: Longmont Distel Operations, Amendment Approval, Permit No. M-1989-029, Revision No. AM-3 <br />Dear Mr. Refer: <br />On December 20, 2000 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Am®dmertt application submitted to the <br />Division on SE1~tember 21, 2000, addressing the following: <br />Additional permitted acres resulting in a total of 530.3 permitted acres. <br />The terms of the Amendmer¢ No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1989-029. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Pernit No. M-1989-029 remain in firll force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $1,314,900.00 for the Longmont Distel Operations, when added to the existing liability <br />amoum of $168,900.00, exceeds the performance bond held. if you have not already done so, please submit additional <br />bond in the amount of $1,314,900.00.
