The revision was submitted by Trapper Mining Inc. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. The revision addresses the construction of a diversion ditch, updating and revising hydrology and road maps, and updating haul road culvert design information. The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately six miles southwest of Craig, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Townshio 5 North.
