Box 39, <br />Hugo, CO 80821; (719) 743-2337, Sled an Amendment application to M-1987-016, Coumy Line Pit, which is <br />located at or near Section 5, Tovmship 6S, Range SSW, 6th Prime Meridian, in Lincoln County. The application <br />decision is scheduled for July 16, 2001. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Lincoln Cou~y Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Strad, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />[f you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (10) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should ce~ct <br />the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end <br />of the public comment period, the Office will assume you have no objection or commerrt to the proposed activity. <br />
