Box 39 <br />Hugo, CO 80821 <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment Application Package, <br />County Line Pit, Permit No. M-1987-016, AM - 1 <br />Dear Mr. Blake: <br />t?n June 14, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 ConsWction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Amendment application for the Courrty Line Pit, which is located in Lincoln County. <br />All comment and review periods began on June 14, 2001. The decision date for your application is <br />scheduled for July 16, 2001. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the Sling of your application and transmittal of a copy of the <br />notice to all ovmers of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recoided easemeMS, and all <br />ovmers of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 <br />days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Retum <br />Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any <br />changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review copy <br />which has been placed with the Lincoln Courrty Cleck and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of <br />the Act.
