C-81-019 <br />Dear Mr. Deckler: <br />5731 State Highway 13 <br />Meeker, Colorado 81641 <br />(303) 824-4451 <br />R(~CEI!!E® <br />JUN ~ @ 1~~Y <br />MINED LAND <br />RECLAMATION DIVISION <br />Enclosed please find two copies of Colowyo Coal Company's <br />(Colowyo) responses prepared in accordance with our telephone conversation <br />of June 18, 1987. <br />The following items have been addressed: <br />~- clarifications and modifications made to the <br />channel reconstruction section of the bond <br />information submitted on June 2, 1987; <br />,/ - clarification concerning the use of riprap in the <br />reclamation plan as submitted on June 2, 1987; <br />- corrected pages C-16-19 of the bond calculations <br />~ submitted on June 2, 1987; <br />- a design for riprap transition zones; <br />- one (1) copy of Map 18; <br />~ - a copy of the completed land use application form <br />to the BLM and a modification to the pertinent <br />section in Rule 2.03 of the application. <br />In addition, we have submitted a copy of "An Archaeological <br />Survey of 135 Acres for the Colowyo Coal Company in Moffat County, <br />Colorado" by Roger L. Johnson, Jr., Western Cultural Resource Management, <br />Inc. This document was inadvertently omitted in the renewal application. <br />The document, as well as a new Table of Contents, should be inserted into <br />the appropriate location in Exhibit 5. <br />
