Long <br />Division Dire<lor <br />RE: Carlton Project, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-80-244, Revision No. TR-26 <br />Dear Mr. Hardaway: <br />On August 26, 1997 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on August 1, 1997 addressing the Phase II low volume collection system. In <br />accordance with Volume I page 6-2 of your amendment application, the maximum hydrostatic headdn the <br />composi[e liner of the low volume collection system can not exceed two feet at anytime. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 26 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. bf-80-244.
