I have approved the withdrawal, and will forward the paperwork to our Denver office. <br />Please be reminded that a permit amendment must be approved in order to add land to the existing permit area. At <br />this time the amendment application (AM-02) is still incomplete. You must submit the required materials for the <br />application to become complete and for the Division's review of the application to occur. If you have questions <br />about the amendment completeness issues, please contact Ms. Suzi Ericksen at our Denver office (see letterhead). <br />After the application is complete, I will be reviewing the amendment for technical adequacy.
