This decision was required in order to allow for the <br />remainder of the sampling program to be completed prior to the end <br />of the field season. <br />In reference to the hydrology impacts, I believe the recently <br />submitted Annual Hydrologic Report addresses downgradient and spoil <br />spring impacts. From the data collected to date it does not appear <br />that there are any downgradient or offsite impacts to the <br />hydrologic regime. The spoil springs located at Mine 2 are <br />insignificant in both flow and water quality.
