Please be advised that on October 30, 2001, Logan County, whose address and telephone number are 315 Main
St., Sterling, CO 80751; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1993-069, Lindstrom Gravel Pit, a
110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The
mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 17, Township 6N, Range S 1 W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Logan County. The application decision is scheduled for January 28, 2002.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Logan County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office
of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherrrlan Sveet, Denver, Colorado 80203.
If you desire to make conlrnenu or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the
newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact
