Also, both <br />reference areas near [he Nucla airport are included. <br />With regard to the woody plant density on rangeland, we believe that there are no <br />current standards far the following reasons: <br />I) In our documentation of the latest Tab 22 from the 1998 approved revision, the text <br />indicates that woody plant densities are impractical and undesirable for [he post-mining <br />land use. <br />2) There is no woody plant density standard stated, while all other standards have <br />specific amounts required such as production 500 Ibs/acre. <br />3) The disturbance was pre-law and meets 4.15.10 standards. <br />Let me know if there are any final requirements.
