iii iiiiiiiiniiiiii <br />999 <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on March 31, 1994 a minor revision application <br />to a permit to conduct coal mining operations at the Eagle No. 5 and 9 Mines, File No. C-81-044 <br />(MR-30), by Cyprus Empire Corporation, P.O. Box 68, Craig, Colorado 81626, was deemed <br />complete for the purposes of filing. The revision modifies the language pertaining to the stockpile <br />volume.
