The responses follow the same numbering as th your letter. <br />Response No. 1 -The text on page 2.05-2 is revised to show that the face may go approximately <br />200 feet further to the northeast of the presently approved location. Also, the typos in this <br />paragraph are corrected to show that "mining or geologic" conditions will dictate where the start <br />room is fumed and not "tunneled". <br />Response No. 2 -Page 2.05-17.1 is revised to include the changes approved under MR's 99-164 <br />and 165. Due to these changes page 2.05-17.2 is eliminated from the text. <br />Response No. 3 -The reference is changed to pending TR 99-32 on page 2.05-171.7. <br />Response No. 4 -Text on page 2.05-171.8 is revised to show that TCC will obtain a water level <br />prior to grouting the well. <br />Response No. 5 -Page 2.05-181.6 is revised to provide a discussion about monitoring well <br />number 93003M. <br />Response No. 6 - Page 2.05-181.6 is revised to show that the word "stu$" is actually the word <br />"cliff'. <br />Response No. 7 - Pages 2.06.8 and 2.06.25 are changed to 2.06-8 and 2.06-25. <br />Response No. 8 -The typo on page 2.05-197.2 is corrected. <br />Response No. 9 - Figure 3i was withdrawn because it is part of the Foidel Creek AVF. Therefore <br />the reference to this figure is deleted from this submittal. <br />
