Deficiencies are described below. <br />In accordance with Rule 2.07.3(1), you have the opportunity to amend, review, or otherwise <br />make your application complete by providing the Division with a revised proposed public <br />notice for our review. <br />The proposed public notice included a description of aeeas more particulazly described with <br />regard to lands to be affected by the proposed Revision [Rule 2.07.3(2)]. However, the notice <br />did not describe the boundazies of the permit area [Rule 2.07.3(b)(ii)]. A suggestion is to first <br />totally describe the permit boundary, and then to more particularly describe the areas affected by <br />the proposed revision. <br />The name of the applicable U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute quadrangle maps which contain <br />the area described was not included in the proposed public notice [Rule 2.07.3(2)(b)(iii)] <br />Please call me if you have any questions. <br />Yours truly, <br />Byron G.
