Mr. Gregg may he called to testify about the Reclamation Permit <br />Amendment Application filed in September 2002 and the facts and circumstances <br />surrounding the application and the gravel mining operations at The Shores site. Mr. <br />Gregg may also be called to testify about the atcornmodations made with regard to the <br />referenced application and the proposed increased mining area, as well as any other <br />matters relevant to the application or necessary to rebut any other testimony at the <br />hearing. <br />2. Dana Ortiz, Tetra Tech RMC,1900, S. Sunset street, Suite 1-F, Longmont, CO 80501, <br />303-772-5282. Ms. Ortiz map be called to testify about the Reclamation Permit <br />Amendment Application filed in September 2002 and the facts and circumstances <br />surrounding the application and the gravel mining operations at The Shores site. Mr. McFarland may be called to <br />testify about the Reclamation Permit Amendment Application filed in September 2002 <br />and the facts and circumstances surrounding the application and the gravel mining <br />operations at The Shores site.
