Gunnison Mine. I have enclosed: <br />1. A copy of the Agreement of Sale between U. S. Steel Corporation and <br />Atlantic Richfield (of which West Elk Coal Company is a wholly-owned <br />subsidiary). The sale will be final by August 20, 1985. A copy of the <br />final sales agreement, indicating Atlantic Richfield as the owner of <br />the property under consideration, will be provided to you prior to <br />approval of this technical revision. <br />2. A copy of the Public Notice to be sent to the North Fork Times <br />announcing the availability of the application for review by the <br />public. <br />I received the CMLRD's initial adequacy comments on the technical revision <br />and intend to have responses to you by July 29.
