contracted by the Committee has indicated 24 cfs for the same event. It would be <br />difficult to say for sure which is correct, but it does suggest that we do not know how <br />often flows would move across the surface of the dumps through the overflow channels. <br />This also suggests the need to consider a lined impervious channel, to minimize <br />infiltration of water through the dump. <br />Lastly, the open adit located above the 97001eve1 dump is not on the State's inventory <br />for closures.
