Describe type of project: Project involves drilling and coring of exploration holes and completion <br />of phased geotechnical evaluations. A total of 39 holes will be drilled within the project area. The <br />drillholes will range from l00 to 1, 700 feet in depth. <br />2. Location and type of on-site facilitiesJstructure: Except for the temporary setup and use of the <br />drill-rig and seismic equipment, there will be no facilities/structures associated with the project. <br />3. Acreage and location of all disturbed azeas: Exisfing Routt County Roads, unimproved ranch <br />roads, and jeep trails will be used for drilling access where feasible. As exploration activities <br />proceed, it is anticipated that minor maintenance of some existing roads may be necessary, <br />including localized drainage, grading, and placement of gravel surfacing materials, however, these <br />activities will be limited to the existing road envelope. In the circumstance where direct access to a <br />proposed drill-site is not possible using existing roads, drilling equipment may be moved overland <br />
