<br />being Chapter 739 of the Session Laws of Colorado of 1977 as amentled by
<br />Chapter 117 of the Session Laws of Colorado of 1971. The act amended
<br />and repealetl by Chapter 179 of the Session Laws of Colorado of 1977 is
<br />Chapter 169 of the Session Laws of the State of Colorado of 1971, the
<br />same being sections 579710 3400, bola inclusive, of the Compiled Laws o}
<br />the State of Colorado of 1971.
<br />6. Teat the saitl annexed notice was published in the regular and en-
<br />tire etlition of The Burlington Record, a duly qualilied weekly newspap-
<br />er for thaT purpose, within the terms and meanings of the above named
<br />Acts.
<br />7. That the saitl annesetl notice is a lull, true and correct copy of the
<br />original which was regularly published in each of the regular and entire
<br />issues of saitl newspaper, a legally qualified paper for th11at purpose,
