(Minor Revision 193 <br />was submitted by Twentymile Coal Company as Minor Revision 194. It was renumbered, <br />in sequence of applications received, as Minor Revision 193). Please submit revised <br />materials to the application in response to these review concerns, with the date they were <br />revised or resubmitted annotated thereon. <br />Item 1. With revisions submitted to pages 2.05-45.6 and 2.05-45.7 (03122105) by the <br />version of 06/08/05, the discussion relating to the Buffalo Forge Fan Silencer was <br />omitted. If such is not appropriate, please re-instate these descriptions (perhaps by an <br />added page 2.05-45.8). <br />Item 2. With the revision submitted to page 2.05-45.7 (03/22/05) by the version of <br />06/08105, the discussion relating to the NW Mains Ventilation Fan Sound <br />Deflector/Absorber was omitted. If such is not appropriate, please re-instate this <br />description (perhaps by an added page 2.05-45.8) <br />Item 3. With the revision submitted to page 2.05-50 (04/11/00) by the version of <br />06!08!05, so much as reads "water to the surface facilities. A second centrifugal pump <br />delivers water to the mine for dust control and fire protection. The second source is a <br />water line which runs from a Colorado Yampa Coal Company manhole station 220 feet <br />to a" is missing (see top of unrevised page). Please re-instate the wording at the top of the <br />revised page as appropriate. <br />Item 5.
