All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-81-108 remain in full force and effect. <br />The Division recalculated the Bond, and estimates $7,400.00 is necessary to reclaim the site. The Division <br />currently holds a bond in the amount of $750.00. If you have not already done so, please submit additional <br />bond in the amount of $6,700.00.
