<br />V. PROCEDURE <br />~J <br />The Division, parties and members of the public shall make their presentations in the <br />following order. The time limits set out below are maximum limits and shall be strictly <br />enforced. The Board, in its discretion, may allow additional time when warranted. The <br />Board has the right to limit any redundant or irrelevant testimony. At the conclusion of <br />each presentation, and within time limits set by the Board, there will be an opportunity to <br />conduct cross-examination of any witnesses that testified during the presentation. <br />i. Board's Consideration and Adoption of the Pre-hearing Order: <br />The Prehearing Conference Officer shall present the Order to the Board for <br />adoption. <br />2. Division's Introduction and Overview: <br />The Division shall have 5 minutes in which to present an introductory overview of <br />the application. <br />3. Applicant's Presentation: <br />Ready Mixed Concrete Company shall have 25 minutes in which to make its <br />presentation to the Board. <br />4. Division's Presentation and Recommendation: <br />The Division shall have 5 minutes in which to present its recommendation to the <br />Board. <br />5. Objectors' Presentations: <br />Adams Counry on behalf of itself and Ms. Kesseler will have 10 minutes in which to <br />make their presentation to the Board. Don Pfertsh will have 5 minutes in which to <br />make his presentation. <br />b. Public Comment Period: <br />Members of the public, not parties to this action, shall have an opportunity to <br />address the Board. The public shall have 10 minutes, in which to make their <br />presentations. Jim Sayre of the Ciry of Brighton said he may wish to make a <br />
