Box 39, <br />Hugo, CO 80821; (719) 743-2337, submitted a request for partial acreage release for the Elmer Stone Gravel Pit, <br />Permit No. M-1978-080. The construction materials extraction operation is located at or near Section I5, <br />Township 15S, Range 56W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Lincoln County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866.3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible.
