The responses are provided in the attached discussions and <br />are presented in the same order as your questions. <br />In response to the question on the termination of stipulation 20, after interviewing former MCC <br />employees, it was determined that the Lick Creek drainage protection referenced in the stipulation <br />was deleted in TR 54, as the life-of--mine plan does not include that area. <br />Please contact me should you have questions. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Kathleen G.
