PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Sunland Mining Corporation, #13 Kanawha Blvd. W., Suite 200, P.O. Box 1989, <br />Charleston, West Virginia, 25327, is petitioning the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology for technical revision for its mining site located approximately 5 miles west of <br />Oak Creek, Colorado. The mine was known as the Apex #2 Mine. The current required <br />bond amount for reclamation of the site is $68,808. The mine has been reclaimed and is <br />now in the process of revegetation. The mine permit number is C-81-011. <br />A copy of the permit renewal document is available at The Routt County Clerk and <br />Recorder's Office in Steamboat Springs. <br />The permit area covers 226.7 acres in <br />Sec 21: NEl/4 SEl/4 <br />Sec 22: Wl/2 SWl/4 <br />Sec 22: SWl/4 NWl/4 <br />Sec 22: NE1/4 SW1/4 <br />Sec 22: SEl/4 NW 1/4 <br />of T4N, R86W, 6PM, Routt County, Colorado. <br />The permit area is located on the U.S.G.S.
