<br />Additional Information <br />1) The operator applied for the amendment on November 20, 2000. <br />2) The interim $2,000.00 bond has been posted. <br />3) A permit amendment due date extension was approved by the Board during its <br />January 24, 2001 meeting. (There was no December 2000 meeting.) <br />4) The anrendment was approved on February 9, 2001 with a financial warranty set at <br />$22,100.00 for a permitted azea of 9.9 acres. The Division accepted the submittal of <br />this bond on March 21, 2001. <br />5) On February 15, 2001, the Division notified a list of objectors that the amendment <br />had been approved and [hat this action by the Division could be appealed within 60 <br />days of the February 9, 2001 action, as allowed by Rule 1.4.7 of the Construction <br />Materials Rules. <br />6) On April ] 0, 2001 (60th Day) the Division received a fax appealing the Division's <br />action to approve the Masonville Stone Quarry amendment. <br />7) A Board hearing was scheduled for the May 23-24)h, 2001 Board Meeting. <br />8) On May 22"a, 2001, the objectors requested a continuance of the scheduled May 23`a <br />2001 hearing.
