C-82-057 TR - 019), by <br />Peabody Coal Company, Western Division., 1300 South Yale, Flagstaff, AZ <br />86001, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder <br />initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise surface teal mining operations on lands <br />located in Reutt County.
