In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty (30) day <br />public comment period for the Division's decision begins on this date. Notice of the proposed decision <br />will be published in the Craig Daily Press as soon as possible. <br />Stipulations, if any aze imposed, are included on the enclosed riders to the permit. If stipulations are <br />imposed, an authorized representative of RAG Empire Corporation must sign and return one rider to the <br />Division.
