Colorado 80203 <br />Dear Ms. Brown: <br />Enclosed are three (3) copies of the above referenced Technical Revision. The revision is <br />provided to revise the designs of Downdrain #3 in the Moffat Area. <br />Included in this submittal package are the following items: <br />I. Application Form for a Revision to a Coal Mining and Reclamation Permit, <br />2. A copy of the proposed public notice, and; <br />3. Revised designs for Moffat Downdrain #3. The revised designs replace [he Sedcad+ <br />computer model designs for Moffat Downdrain #3 provided in Appendix 3.4-B of the permit <br />application document. <br />A copy of the revision has been sent to the Bureau of Land Management. Attached is a copy of <br />the cover letter accompanying the revision materials sent to that agency.
