NOTICE OF FILING AN AMENDED APPLICATION <br />FOR COLORADP MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />• FOR REGULAR (112) CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS EXTRACTION <br />OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />ADAMS COUNTY <br />Brannan Sand and Gravel has applied for an amendment to its Regulaz (112) reclamation <br />permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd (the "Boazd") for Pit 29 (M- <br />80-183), to conduct the extraction of construction materials operations in Adams County. <br />The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the <br />proposed operation. The entire application amendment is on file with the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (the "Division") and the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The applicant/operator proposes amend its existing permit to install a slurry wall and <br />reclaim the affected ]and to water storage use instead of commercial and residential. <br />Pursuant to section 32-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Boazd may confer with the local <br />Boazd of County Commissioners before approving of the post-mining land use. <br />Accordingly, the Boazd would appreciate your comments on the proposed operations. <br />Please note that, in order to preserve your right to a hearing before the Boazd on the <br />application, you must submit written comments on the application within twenty (20) <br />days of the date of last publication of notice pursuant to section 34-32.5-112(10), C.R.S. <br />• If you would like to discuss the proposed post-mining land use, and any other issue <br />regazding this application, please contact the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, 303/866-3567 <br /> <br />• <br />
