The main concern is the southwest
comer of the property (as proposed in the Scott, Cox plan) which, based upon our
groundwater analyses, is lower than the groundwater elevations for the area when
completed. Please review and have Scott, Cox review the plans. We are still
maintaining that we do not want the large lake that was proposed in the south to middle
portion of the site. If the 200-foot wide channel is to remain in order to balance cuts and
fills, the University will live with that. However, we are not willing to accept a wider
channel than the proposed 200 feet because of the potential for wetland growth. Please
give me a call to discuss. Thanks for your patience. Once you have had Scott, Cox look
at this plan (which I have already given to them last week), we can discuss.
Sincerely,
LOVE & ASSOCIATES, INC.
By
Nancy B. v , C .O.
Enclosure: 1 drawing
