- i • <br />Colorado Solid Waste Regulations, 6 CCR 1007-2 <br />Section 2 -Minimum Standards <br />2.1.1 Comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and ordinances. <br />2.1.2 Hazardous waste and PCB waste screening program. <br />2.1.3 Prevent/manage nuisance conditions (blowing litter, dust, odors, vectors, fire, scavenging) <br />2.1.4 No water pollution at or beyond paint of compliance. <br />2.1.5 No adverse impact to aquifer recharge areas. <br />2.1.6 Design, construct, and maintain surface water run-on and run-off control systems. <br />2.1.7 Adequately fenced or secured to prevent waste and debris from leaving site. <br />2.1.8 Provide site security and prevent illegal dumping. <br />2.1.9 Solid wastes at the site shall not be burned (unless specifically approved). <br />2.1.10 Provide adequate cover, prevent ponding and erosion: use good disposal practices. <br />2.1.11 Minimize windblown debris: cease operations during times of high-wind wanungs. <br />2.1.12 No sewage sludges accepted (unless specifically approved). <br />2.1.13 No sludges co-disposed at working face (unless specifically approved).. <br />2.1.14 No liquids or waste containing free liquids accepted for disposal (unless spec. approved) <br />2.4.15 Comply with ground water standards at point of compliance. <br />2.1.16 At closure, sites to be orderly and of good aesthetic appearance. <br />2.1.17 Wastes shall not be placed below or into surface or ground water (unless spec. approved). <br />2.1.18 Notification of release or suspected release of any monitoring parameter. <br />2.2 Ground Water Monitoring.
