The application requests final bond release for <br />the entire pemtit area and full release of all further reclamation liability. <br />Please review application under the subheading Revegetation Success and all of Appendix A., in <br />addition to Rules 4.15.7 and 4.15.8, or any other Rules as appropriate. Pages 2.05-4 and 2.OS5 of the <br />permit specify the required revegetation standards. Do we concur with the applipnt that the required <br />revegetation standards have been met? I will review the remainder of the application. <br />The bond release inspection has been scheduled for October 25, 1999 at 11:00 am. I would like to <br />have an adequacy concerns ready for the applicant at that time. Let me know rf you need anything <br />else or have any questions.
