Box 821, Vail, CO 81658; (970) 926-3737, submitted a request for partial acreage release for the <br />Conger Harvesting Ariz, Permit No. M-1998-022. The construction materials extraction operation is located at <br />or near Section 28, Tovmship 11 S, Range 88W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Gunnison County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release maybe submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible. The Division is required to wart 15 days after <br />the release decision is made to allow for commerts or objections. <br />
