' • EXHIBIT L
RECLAMATION COSTS ix~,nsm~iziss~
This reclamation cost estimate in based on the assumption
that there will be no more that 20.00 acres ± disturbed at any
one time. The following information also depicts a worse case
scenario. At that time we will have to respread 17,142' cubic
yards of topsoil at 7.5 inches on 20 acres. The cut/fill sloping
will use 11,008' cubic yards on 700 feet at 18.50 cy/linear foot
and revegetate 20.00 ac. ±. The table below outlines the various
areas of disturbance at that time. A D-9 dozer will be used to
do all of the dirt work. These figures are then used in the
calculations for the bond amount. The revegetation cost figure
includes fertilizer, grass seed, mulch and drilling costs.
STAGE TOTAL SOIL DEPTH
NEEDS REBOILING 20.00 7.5"
NEEDS SEEDING 20.00
SLOPE CUT/FILL 700 LINEAR FEET
REBOIL @ 7.5" 17,142 CUBIC YARDS
EST/MATED UN/T COSTS FOR RECLAMAT/ON /TENS:
1.
