Please address the following concerns prior to the due date of April 3,
2000:
1) Please submit a written commitment to submit copies of the daily testing log at the end of eacfi week
to DMG, and to submit copies of tests which resulted in failure to DMG within 24 hours of test
failure.
2) Any changes to procedures or structures, or any other kind of modification resulting from test failure,
which would be done in the field, must have prior approval of DMG.
