Many of the <br />comments received are beyond ourjurisdiction. We realize that [he Division of Mines and <br />Geology has already permitted this gravel pi[. However, would you please review the attached <br />comments and specifically address the issues that are under yourjurisdiction. We would like <br />you to be as specific as possible as to what mitigating measures are available [o address these <br />issues.
