PUBLIC NOTICE <br />James Bender, 5529 US HWY 64, Farmington, NM 87401, (505) 325-4065, <br />has filed am application for a Technical Revision with the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology. The mine is known as Deadwood Gulch Mining Co. <br />and is located at: <br />section 22, township 36N, range 11 W <br />6~' Colorado prime meridian <br />The application asks for a building relocation "on map only." The building <br />is located 150 ft. south of where it is shown o the current map. Also, being <br />requested is a transfer of .67 acres from the northern permitted boundary to <br />the southern boundary. The creation and certification of a new tailing <br />disposal. Additional information and tentative decision date maybe <br />obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 13413 Sherman St. <br />Rm. 215, Denver, CO 80203 or at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorders <br />office, 1026E 20"' Ave., Durango, CO or at the above named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology by 4:00 PM 10 days from the date of publication or <br />the next regular business day. <br />
