Revisions to page 8 (Operating Procedures) of Attachment D <br />and Attachment B have been made to show how the water from <br />the laydown area sedimentation pond will be routed to M6~2 <br />prior to obtaining a discharge permit. <br />7. Revisions to page 8 (Operating Procedures) of Attachment D <br />were made to describe dewatering procedures. <br />8. Revisions to page 9 (Operating Procedures) of Attachment D <br />were made to describe how the gate valve will be accessed <br />when the pond is full. <br />9. The pond embankments were revised to comply with Rule <br />4.05.6(8)(h). See Attachemnt C and the discussion on page 4 <br />and 5 of Attachment D. <br />10. Attachment C has been revised to show the sediment storage <br />and water stage levels.
