Bowie is proposing to construct a new gob pile to store, in addition to the normal <br />coal waste, the waste from the new wash plant that is currently being constructed. <br />Associated with this proposed gob pile will be a new sediment pond, a coverfill (spoil) <br />stockpile, topsoil stockpile, a haul road extension and ditches. I am requesting the <br />following: <br />Soil and Vegetation ............................. .....Sandy <br />Reclamation Cost Estimate .................... .....Jim <br />Ground Water and Chia ........................ .....Mike <br />Engineering and Geotechnical ................. ....Byron <br />Surface Water Hydrology and PeFmitting... .....Joe <br />TR-30 was called complete on November 14, 2003. The adequacy review letter is due <br />December 15, 2003 (Monday). If I could get responses back from you by December 11, <br />2003, I would appreciate it. Attached is a complete copy of the revision. If you need <br />anything else, please let me know.
