Empire has obtained the right to extract coal and other minerals from various <br />lands Located through the following agreements: <br />A. Coal Sublease Agreement between Utah International, Inc. and Empire dated <br />March 16, 1984. <br />• B. Access and Liability Agreement between Empire and Trapper dated <br />February 22, 1984; and <br />C. Consent and Waiver to Transfer by Sublease from Utah International, Inc. to <br />Empire Energy Corporation of Interests Under Mining Lease between Empire, Trapper, <br />Utah International, Inc., General Electric Company and General ELectric Holdings, <br />Inc., dated March 27, 1984. <br />2. Empire, by exercising its mining rights will be required by fedecal and state <br />laws and regulations to protect surface waters from excessive sediment. <br />3.
