Ldp'. 0. 1'~2'iL'f21 RLS^'~~CCS <br />Re: Pre-Mix Concrete Company/ <br />Specification Aggregates, Inc. <br />Application for Mining and Reclamatior <br />Permit <br />Dear Sirs: <br />The undersigned is the attorney representing the owners of property <br />adjacent to the east of the property which is the subject of the permit <br />application recited above. <br />The owners object to the permit because it represents an. additional <br />permit over and above that granted to Specification Aggregates, Inc. as <br />to which it was promised that the mining operations would be completed <br />and terminated on or before the expiration of the present permit. <br />In addition, at hearings before the Mining and Zoning authorities <br />for the city of Golden, the applicants likewise promised that mining <br />operations which disturb the surrounding commercial and residential <br />properties would be completed, terminated and the land reclaimed and <br />restored as residential building sites. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~~ ~~ <br />W.
