Please be advised that on October 25, 2001, Logan County, whose address and telephone number are 315 Main
St., Sterling, CO 80751; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1983-187, Kues Gravel Pit, a 110(c)
Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Pemut. The mining
and reclamation operation is located at or near Section ]0, Township 8N, Range SOW, 6th Prime Meridian, in
Logan Colmty. The application decision is scheduled for January 23, 2002.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Logan County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office
of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the
newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact
the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your commems or any objection by the end
