Dept. of Natufal Resource <br />Pursuant to your complete letter dated March 8, 1982, sent <br />to me on behalf of our client, Castle Concrete Company, a <br />Colorado corporation, I am sending to you, a tear sheet of <br />the first publication of public notice of filing Mined Land <br />Permit Application. Adjacent landowner's were mailed copies <br />on March 16, 1982, pursuant to the rules. <br />As you know, the proposed public notice form does not work <br />perfectly for quarry permit amendment application.
