The Division's decision to approve MR-10, revised SWMP, has been based <br />upon review and approval of your submittal from Colorado Department of Health, <br />Water Quality Control Division. <br />Pursuant to 2.08.4(S)(c)(ii), the Division shall post public notice of this decision in our <br />Denver office. Pursuant to 2.08.4(5)(c)(iii), within the 10 day period following the <br />posting of the public notice, any person which has an interest which is or may be <br />adversely affected, may request a formal hearing on the decision.
