Oehler, Environmental Protection Specialist ~~i trDb <br />RE: El Paso County, Yoder, Permit No. M-1980-189 <br />Please be advised that on July 13, 2005, E1 Paso County, whose address and telephone number are 3460 N. <br />Mazksheffel Rd., Colorado Springs, CO 80922; (719) 520-6860, submitted a request for full reclamation <br />responsibility release for the Yoder, Permit No. M-1980-189. The construction materials extraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 1, Township 15S, Range 60W, 6th Prime Meridian, in El Paso County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
